Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund Policy
- Non-refundable Deposit:
- Cancellations-
- A written notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior.
- If cancellation meets this requirement, 50% of the remaining balance (after the deposit) will be refunded.
- Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the class, 25% (after the deposit) will be refunded of the remaining balance.
- Refunds After Start:
- Additionally, refunds will not be issued after the format of the first class is completed.
- Non-Attendance Policy
Level 1 - Fundamental of Shamanism. This series is a full attendance necessary course to be able to continue to the next level.
Workshops/Initiations/Series- Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled. It will
Be up to the teachers discretion to transfer your enrollment to a future course of the same kind.
Level 2 and 3-
Attendance is required, however emergencies will be honored. A recording or resources may be provided at the discretion of the instructor.

***Cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or credits, if applicable, will be determined at our sole discretion, taking into account the specific circumstances of each request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed and issued within 30 days from the date of cancellation or request approval.
