Cancellation and Refund Policy

​Refund Policy

• Non-refundable Deposit:

All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations-

30 days prior-
- A written notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior.
- If cancellation meets this requirement, 50% of the remaining balance (after the deposit) will be refunded.
- Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the class, 25% (after the deposit) will be refunded of the remaining balance.

• Refunds After Start:

No refunds or cancellations of any kind will be granted after the school's official start date.
- Additionally, refunds will not be issued after the format of the first class is completed.

• Non-Attendance Policy

Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled in-
Level 1 - Fundamental of Shamanism. This series is a full attendance necessary course to be able to continue to the next level.

Workshops/Initiations/Series- Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled. It will
Be up to the teachers discretion to transfer your enrollment to a future course of the same kind.

Level 2 and 3-
Attendance is required, however emergencies will be honored. A recording or resources may be provided at the discretion of the instructor.

• Acknowledgment of Policy​ -

By registering and your deposit is an acknowledgement and agreement to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

***Cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or credits, if applicable, will be determined at our sole discretion, taking into account the specific circumstances of each request.

​Refunds, if approved, will be processed and issued within 30 days from the date of cancellation or request approval.
